How to Collect Customer Feedback

Customer feedback is a crucial resource for gauging the success of your business. Not only does it give you an understanding of how well your products are being received, but it also gives you the chance to troubleshoot problems and improve customer service.

Customer service, after all, is a key component of building brand loyalty. In a survey conducted by InContact and Harris Interactive, 56% of consumers reported being at least somewhat likely to switch brands based on customer service.
